Hypnosis is a natural state that a Human experiences several times throughout the course of a day.
Have you ever got into your car drove for miles and once you approached your destination, you begin to wonder "well I don't remember the route or the exact what I got myself here." This is a great example of being under a natural state of Hypnosis.

During Hypnosis, the physical body and conscious mind are in a relaxed state while the subconscious mind remains in a weighted state of suggestibility. Hypnosis is an education-communication process to a person's mind that allows the conscious and subconscious mind to agree on a desired result.
